There are only two Evil Dead Trap movies: Evil Dead Trap (Shiryô no wana) and Evil Dead Trap 2: Hideki (Shiryô no wana 2: Hideki).

Very useful, thanks, Sheldon! Do you know if it was ever released re-titled anywhere using the Evil Dead 3 moniker, or is that purely a bootleg title?

AFAIK, Pioneer LDC's releases of Chigireta ai no satsujin on VHS and laserdisc in Japan on December 21, 1993 remain the only legitimate ones.
